Begin scheduling by selecting the provider you would like to see.  You may select between  Ramson Shahbaz LAc for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine or Shamiron Shahbaz-Arami N.D. for Naturopathic Primary Care. Then select the service you are requesting.  

If you are a new patient of Ramson Shahbaz LAc, please download the new patient intake at www.ocwacupuncture.com and bring it with you to your first visit.  To obtain forms for Dr. Shahbaz, please call the office at 503-657-4043 and they can be faxed or emailed to you.
